Derrick Rose, Marc Gasol Out Indefinitely

Today was a very rough day for both NBA fans and players, as two crucial, dominant, and exciting players were dealt with devastating news.

Derrick Rose was delivered the news that he has a meniscus tear in his right knee, which will unfortunately require surgery. As for Marc Gasol, he has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 MCL sprain. Both are out indefinitely.

Not only did Rose just return from recovering from his torn ACL, but he was also just beginning to heat up. Now that Rose has two banged up knees, the question on whether he will ever be the same is once again in the minds of NBA fans.

Gasol, who is an important piece to this Memphis Grizzlies team, will for surely be missed, especially as the Grizzlies try to hold a top seeding in this tough Western Conference, all season.

Hopefully the two will have quick and smooth roads to recoveries.
